The violin-cello duo is a popular option for those who want instrument diversity but need a smaller group for their Colorado event in the Denver metro and beyond. While the violin-cello duo is a traditional ensemble, it has plenty of repertoire flexibility to play anything from your favorite pop and rock tunes to classical favorites.
Turn Up the Volume!
The ideal guest count for each Nexus ensemble will vary widely based on factors like event location, guest flow through the venue, existing acoustics in the space, and more.
While all of our string ensembles are, as a standard, fully acoustic, Nexus now offers the add-on option for amplification. This will help boost our acoustic sound just enough during noisy receptions, in situations where we must be set further from the guests, or in large/outdoor spaces so that the music can still be present without overwhelming guest conversations.
